The Standby Saver cuts 100% of the standby power used by home appliances such as televisions, games consoles, printers and computers. This six-way extension socket allows the user to turn off power at the flick of a switch. For added flexibility, two sockets have their own dedicated switch, allowing two appliances to receive power while the others do not. The Standby Saver is available in two versions:
 
The Infrared Standby Saver syncs with any remote controls you are using and quickly allows you to completely cut off power to appliances you are no longer using.
 
The USB Standby Saver operates via a USB port on your home PC or laptop. By detecting when your device has powered down, it can automatically cut power to all peripherals that are plugged into it.
